India, March 26 -- The Tiny Takeover event in Minecraft is being developed into a larger event than simply an "in-joke." This is a significant development because expanding an in-game promotion based on an event/seasonal theme to include other aspects of the game and the community makes for a much more engaging experience overall for everyone involved. Rather than simply browsing through the game for fun/distinction, players can now be more actively engaged by participating in the community during the next two weeks while the event continues.

Minecraft has just confirmed that more Tiny Takeover stuff is heading our way, kicking off on March 27 and trickling in well into April. The big-ticket item here is a couple of community challenges....
