India, March 24 -- India's AI ambitions often run into the same hard limit: compute. That is the gap Altos Computing is trying to address with its new Make in India AI server portfolio, launched in New Delhi as part of a broader push to support local AI infrastructure.

Altos, an Acer Group company, introduced the new lineup for a market that is moving quickly from AI pilots to real deployment. The company said the servers are aimed at enterprises, research institutions, government bodies, and data centers that need more local capacity for AI training, inference, and high-performance computing.
