India, Aug. 17 -- Apple seems ready to change one of its longstanding practices. Rather than releasing the full iPhone 18 lineup at the same time this September, Apple is reportedly planning to introduce the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and the company's first foldable iPhone in September 2026. The standard iPhone 18 could be released in early 2027.

According to reports citing Apple's supply chain partners, the standard iPhone 18 could be available in the first quarter of 2027, while the iPhone 18e and possibly a second-generation iPhone Air could arrive around the same time. The premium models, on the other hand, are expected to be released in the traditional September window, but Apple hasn't announced the exact timing.
