India, Oct. 7 -- The biggest technology and telecom event of the year, India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, has officially begun today, October 7, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The four-day event brings together global technology companies, telecom operators, device manufacturers and other industry stakeholders, with 6G, AI-native networks, cybersecurity and next-generation connectivity among the key themes.

The event comes as India continues to work towards becoming a 6G-ready nation, with the focus extending beyond faster mobile speeds to low-latency networks, AI-driven communications, satellite connectivity and next-generation digital infrastructure.
