India, April 10 -- If you've ever used Gemini for a serious project - studying for exams, researching a topic, planning something big - you probably ran into a familiar problem. The chats pile up. You forget which conversation had that useful breakdown. You start over, again, from scratch. It's a weirdly analog problem for a very digital tool.
Google just shipped something that takes a swing at this. It's called notebooks in Gemini, and while it sounds simple on the surface, the way it connects two of Google's AI products is worth paying attention to.
