India, May 19 -- BGMI players finally have a launch window for the long-awaited 4.4 update, and this patch looks far bigger than a routine seasonal refresh. Krafton India is adding myth-inspired locations, movement abilities, boss fights, and high-risk loot zones that could seriously shake up the current meta.

The rollout starts on May 20, 2026, with Android users getting the update in phases to avoid servers getting absolutely cooked during launch hours.

Google Play Store rollout timings are:

30% rollout at 06:30 IST

50% rollout at 09:30 IST

Full rollout at 11:30 IST
