India, Aug. 4 -- The new 15.6-inch Chromebook targets students, young professionals, and first-time laptop buyers while taking ASUS Chromebooks into Indian retail stores for the first time. ASUS has launched the Chromebook CX15 in India at Rs 47,990, adding a large-screen ChromeOS laptop to its lineup for students, young professionals, and everyday users.

The launch also marks an important change in the company's Chromebook strategy. Until now, buyers were more likely to come across ASUS Chromebooks online. The CX15 will be sold through ASUS Exclusive Stores, ROG Stores, authorized retail partners, Reliance Digital, and the ASUS eShop.
