India, March 17 -- There are certain product updates that seem like just a repainting of a product and putting out a PR announcement; however, the AirPods Max 2 is not one of them. Introducing the H2 chip into the Max version of the AirPods, Apple also introduces a total of up to 1.5x greater effective Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and support for USB-C 24-bit 48 kHz lossless audio, as well as a wider variety of software-driven features that include Adaptive Audio, Conversational Awareness, and Live translation functionality. For an original product that started to seem overdue for an even bigger upgrade, this is now a much larger upgrade than anticipated.
