Punjab, Sept. 22 -- AceVector, the parent of Snapdeal, has set a price band of Rs 30 to Rs 32 for a Rs 420 crore IPO opening on 25 September. The anchor book opens on the 24th - the same day the NSE lists.

The issue

Two-thirds fresh issue is the ratio worth noting. It means most of the money raised goes into the company rather than to existing shareholders selling down - the opposite of the NSE issue, which was entirely an offer for sale.

What AceVector actually is now

Three things: the value e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal, the e-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce eSolutions, and consumer brands under Stellaro Brands.
