Punjab, Sept. 21 -- Hanuman Ansh took Rs 9.75 crore on its seventh Saturday - day 44 - a 95% jump on the Friday. India net is Rs 258.13 crore, worldwide gross Rs 329.30 crore. The film cost a reported Rs 1.8 crore.
A 95% Saturday jump in week seven
Friday to Saturday growth is normal. Ninety-five per cent growth in the seventh week is not, because by week seven a film is usually playing to whoever is left rather than to new audiences.
A jump that size means people were still deciding to go for the first time forty-four days in. Sunday added Rs 16.3 crore.
The arithmetic, which stops being useful
