Fiji, Feb. 27 -- The Ambassador of Gambia, Musa Jobarteh has chaired his first meeting as Chair of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) Committee of Ambassadors.

The session examined several key agenda items, including the report of the Working Group on the 11th Summit of Heads of State and Government, a note on the Caribbean-European Union Parliamentary Assembly, and the report of the Audit and Budget Committee.

Discussions provided further reflection on these strategic matters in line with the organisation's ongoing reform process and preparations for the upcoming 11th Summit of the OACPS Heads of State and Government.
