Bhubaneswar, May 23 -- A violent attack allegedly triggered by a past relationship dispute left two persons critically injured inside the premises of Sahadevkhunta police station in Odisha's Balasore district on Friday.

According to police sources, a young woman had arrived at the police station along with her mother and maternal uncle for a discussion and compromise meeting with her former boyfriend, identified as Jatin Pradhan.

During the discussion, Jatin allegedly attacked the woman's mother and maternal uncle with a sharp weapon inside the police station premises, creating panic in the area.
