Bhubaneswar, April 22 -- A massive protest erupted in Odisha's Bhubaneswar as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a large-scale 'Mahila Jan Aakrosh Padyatra' on Wednesday, opposing the rejection of 'Women's Reservation Bill' by Opposition parties.

Thousands of women participated in the demonstration, expressing strong discontent over the issue.Dressed in black attire and carrying black flags, the protesters marched from Exhibition Ground to Lower PMG. The rally witnessed a significant turnout, with women from different parts of the State uniting to voice their concerns.
