Bhubaneswar, April 2 -- Cracking the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) is widely considered one of the toughest academic pursuits in India. But for many women aspirants, the challenge extends far beyond books and test papers as it is shaped by societal expectations, safety concerns, financial constraints, and the constant need to prove themselves.
