Bhubaneswar, July 8 -- A massive search operation is underway after two youths went missing while trekking at Jhanj Hill under Barihapali panchayat in Padampur sub-division of Bargarh district, Odisha. The missing youths have been identified as Raj Mallik and Ganesh Duduka, both residents of Kansingha village.

According to sources, a group of nine youths from Kansingha had gone to Kuthikhol, located at the foothills of Jhanj Hill, for a bath on Tuesday. After spending some time there, the group climbed the hill. During the trek, Raj and Ganesh reportedly got separated from the others. When they failed to return, the remaining members searched for them before alerting local residents and the Forest Department.
