Bhubaneswar, June 11 -- A major scare was averted in Bhubaneswar after two trains reportedly came face-to-face near the Jharpada bridge area.

Reportedly, one train was travelling from Bhubaneswar towards Mancheswar, while another train was heading from Mancheswar to Bhubaneswar on the same route.

The situation created panic as the two trains reportedly found themselves on a collision course.

Fortunately, timely action and coordination helped prevent any major mishap.
