Bhubaneswar, Sept. 29 -- A major road accident took place at Sainik School Square in Bhubaneswar late Monday night after a Hyva truck reportedly lost control and crashed into an electricity pole in the Maitri Vihar police station area.

The impact left the truck stuck between the electric pole and power lines. A roadside boundary wall was also damaged in the accident.

After hitting the electric pole, the Hyva reportedly moved towards a showroom, guest house and bank in the area.
