Bhubaneswar, June 27 -- Odisha Crime Branch Special Task Force (STF) dismantled an inter-state narcotics network on Saturday that utilised a unique "torn currency note" verification system for illegal transactions.

Under Operation 'Green Clean', officials arrested four individuals, including the alleged mastermind, a school teacher identified as Durbasa. He reportedly amassed a multi-crore fortune by supplying ganja to multiple states.

The breakthrough happened following a month-long undercover tracking conducted by the STF.
