Bhubaneswar, May 1 -- Tensions flared high during a Gram Sabha meeting in Ward 24 of Bhubaneswar on Friday, as Mayor Sulochana Das, local residents, and the Corporator engaged in a heated argument over the demand for a health center in the area.
