Bhubaneswar, April 23 -- Allegations of irregularities in the tender process of the Rural Development (RD) Department in Bolangir came under scrutiny. The development took place after a contractor claimed unlawful exclusion despite meeting all eligibility criteria. 

The district administration ordered an investigation into the matter.

According to the complaint, contractor Haji Mohammed Sakil from Hatpada in Bolangir alleged that he was initially found eligible in the tender process but was later disqualified without justification. He claimed that the exclusion was carried out despite fulfilling all necessary criteria, raising concerns over transparency in the process.
