Bhubaneswar, April 5 -- A late-night outing at a fair in Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar turned into a scene of panic after a massive swing ride collapsed, leaving around 30 people injured. The incident occurred at the Bhaisaha Mela, where a large number of visitors, including families, had gathered for entertainment.

According to initial information, the 60-foot-tall swing ride was carrying nearly 70 to 80 people at the time of the accident. The ride had reportedly completed only a couple of rounds before it suddenly gave way. Several women and children were among those on board, making the situation even more distressing.
