Bhubaneswar, May 29 -- At least ten members of a family were injured when a Bolero vehicle overturned near Pipili on the Nirakarpur-Puri New Jagannath Road on Friday while they were on their way to Lord Jagannath's darshan.

The family, hailing from Sorada area of Berhampur, was travelling to Puri for a spiritual visit when the accident occurred. Preliminary reports suggest that the driver was allegedly sleepy at the time, causing the vehicle to lose control, crash into a roadside tree, and overturn.

The impact left all ten passengers seriously injured. Locals rushed to the scene, rescuing the victims from the damaged vehicle, and they were immediately shifted to Puri District Headquarters Hospital for treatment. One critically injured i...
