Bhubaneswar, June 24 -- Political circles in Odisha are abuzz with speculation that Sujata Karthikeyan may formally join the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) tomorrow (June 25). The buzz intensified after BJD president Naveen Patnaik held discussions with senior party leaders on Wednesday.
