Bhubaneswar, March 25 -- Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi late Tuesday night, according to hospital sources. The Rajya Sabha MP is currently undergoing treatment, and her condition is being closely monitored by medical staff.

Sources indicated that she remains under observation as doctors continue evaluating her health status. No further official update on her current condition has been released so far.

This is not the first time Gandhi has been admitted to the same hospital this year. In January, she was hospitalised after experiencing respiratory issues. At the time, doctors had diagnosed a mild exacerbation of her bronchial asthma.
