Bhubaneswar, June 29 -- Fresh details have surfaced in the shocking murder of 26-year-old Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal, with investigators alleging that the crime was meticulously planned weeks in advance. Police claim the accused not only conspired to kill Agarwal but also chalked out their future together after the murder, making the case even more disturbing.

According to police and sources, Ketan's fiancee, 20-year-old Siya Goyal, allegedly took around Rs 1 crore from him under the pretext of wedding shopping. Instead of using the money for wedding preparations, she allegedly handed the entire amount to her alleged lover, 22-year-old Chetan Chaudhary, to help him establish his career and business.
