Bhubaneswar, April 8 -- A six-member central investigation committee has been formed to probe the deadly fire incident that occurred in the Trauma ICU of SCB Medical in Cuttack. The devastating fire, which was caused on March 16, claimed the lives of 12 patients. At present, a detailed investigation is being conducted, and the findings will be reported to the central government.

It has been stated that the committee will carry out a thorough inquiry into the cause of the fire and its aftermath. A comprehensive report will be compiled and submitted to the authorities for further action.
