Bhubaneswar, March 15 -- The disciplinary committee of Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) on Sunday issued a show-cause notice to senior Congress leader Dasarathi Gamango. The notice directs him to explain his actions and respond to the allegations raised by the party leadership.
