Bhubaneswar, April 27 -- Tensions flared in Mayurbhanj district as residents, along with members of Sriram Seva Trust, staged a protest in front of the sub-divisional hospital (SDH) in Udala on Monday, alleging severe mismanagement and negligence in healthcare services.

The demonstrators staged a sit-in (Dharna) protest, voicing their deep concerns over a range of persistent issues that they claim have been affecting patient care for a long time.
