Bhubaneswar, March 6 -- Dimple queen Preity Zinta has reportedly sold her luxury apartment in Bandra, one of Mumbai's most upscale residential neighbourhoods, for a whopping Rs 18.5 crore, marking her second property sale in the area within the last four months.

According to property registration records, the apartment is located on the 11th floor of the building Rustomjee Parishram in the prestigious Pali Hill locality of Bandra. The spacious apartment measures 1,770 square feet, making it a premium residential unit in one of Mumbai's most sought-after addresses.
