India, Oct. 5 -- Postal services at Kanteikoli post office in Mohana area of Gajapati district are allegedly being affected by poor infrastructure and a lack of basic facilities. Both employees and customers are facing difficulties due to the absence of proper network connectivity and adequate amenities at the office, sources said on Monday.

Located around two kilometres away from Mohana market, the post office is allegedly operating from a rented building. Customers from distant areas visit the office to access postal services but often face delays and inconvenience, preventing them from receiving services on time.
