Bhubaneswar, Feb. 26 -- A reference to judicial corruption in a Class 8 social science textbook has sparked concern at the highest levels of government, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi reportedly expressing displeasure during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
According to sources, PM Narendra Modi questioned the appropriateness of introducing a corruption case involving the judiciary to middle school students and sought clarity on the process that cleared the material for publication.
