Bhubaneswar, March 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his latest Mann Ki Baat address, highlighted the contribution of a youth from Odisha, praising his ideas on women-led development and grassroots participation in nation-building.

The Prime Minister commended Om Prakash Rath from Kendrapara for his contribution through the MY Bharat "Budget Quest" initiative, which aims to connect young people with policymaking and the Union Budget process.
