Bhubaneswar, Aug. 8 -- In a heartbreaking incident from Odisha's Bhadrak district on Saturday, a Class 6 student died after being bitten by a snake while playing during his school break. The incident, reported from Saraswati Sishu Mandir in the Agarpada area, has left the student's family and school community devastated.

According to reports, the incident occurred when the boy was playing during the school's break time. The snake reportedly bit him, but the student did not immediately realise what had happened. For some time, there were no serious symptoms.

However, his condition suddenly deteriorated. The boy reportedly began feeling dizzy and soon fell unconscious on the floor, leaving those around him alarmed.
