Bhubaneswar, April 27 -- Fresh concerns emerged over alleged unauthorised rave parties in Bhubaneswar. Reports indicated that such gatherings continue to be organised on weekends at locations on the city's outskirts.
According to information, these late-night parties are not being held within the city but at resorts in the Chandaka outskirts, which have reportedly turned into hotspots. The events are said to be conducted without liquor licences or official permission.
Participants, largely youths, are reportedly seen engaging in these gatherings through the night and returning home in the early hours. The parties are being organised in a covert manner, raising concerns over monitoring and enforcement.
