Bhubaneswar, May 31 -- Odisha BJP President and MP Manmohan Samal on Sunday assured beneficiaries that the ongoing pension payment issues will be resolved within the next 10-15 days. Speaking to the media, Samal explained that the delay occurred due to the rollout of new software used for pension disbursement.

While beneficiaries receiving cash payments were not affected, those whose pensions are credited online have experienced temporary disruptions.

Central and State Governments Coordinating

Samal further stated that the central government is actively developing the new software, and both the central and state administrations are working in tandem to ensure smooth disbursement.
