Bhubaneswar, June 27 -- Paradip Model Police on Friday put up a 'latka' (proclamation notice) notice at the residence of Bapu Parida, the main accused in the bomb attack on Paradip Municipality Chairperson's residence that took place last month.

The action was initiated after Parida reportedly failed to comply with an Orissa High Court directive instructing him to cooperate with the active investigation. He had reportedly received interim protection from arrest nearly a week ago.
