Bhubaneswar, Oct. 1 -- Women in Padampur in Odisha's Bargarh locked the Sub-Collector's office and halted its functioning, protesting the deteriorating healthcare services in the subdivision. The protest comes after allegations that the administration failed to take concrete action despite the ongoing hunger strike.
