Bhubaneswar, May 3 -- Ahead of the crucial vote counting, the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) has expressed strong confidence about returning to power in the State. The party's media cell chief, Bedabrata Bora, asserted that the Congress is poised for a decisive victory.
Speaking to the media, Bora claimed that the Congress party will win at least 62 seats on its own, indicating a clear majority in the Legislative Assembly. He further stated that the Congress-led alliance is expected to secure more than 70 seats, comfortably forming the next government in the State.
