Bhubaneswar, Aug. 8 -- Orissa High Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by Sudhanshu Sekhar Rout, Editor-in-Chief of the Focus Plus TV channel, in connection with a criminal case registered at the Capital Police Station. Justice V. Narasingh declined to grant pre-arrest protection to Rout after reviewing the case diary and materials gathered during the police investigation.
