Bhubaneswar, Oct. 7 -- Odisha is likely to witness a change in weather from today as a trough line influences the state. Rainfall is expected in northern and interior parts of Odisha on Wednesday and Thursday.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning for nine districts. Light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms is likely in several areas. Gusty winds with speeds of around 30-40 kmph may also occur during this period.

Yellow warning has been issued for Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur and Cuttack districts.
