Odisha Vigilance raids properties, office of Kendrapara Forest Ranger over DA case
Bhubaneswar, July 8 -- OdishaVigilance department launched raids at four locations on Wednesday following allegations that a local forest official accumulated wealth far beyond his known sources of income. The vigilance team is investigating Rabindra Kumar Nayak, the Forest Ranger of Kendrapara Forest Range under the Cuttack Forest Division.
Acting on search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, the teams started coordinated raids across the Cuttack and Kendrapada districts.
The team consists of five Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), nine Inspectors, and five Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), alongside supporting technical staff.
