Bhubaneswar, May 19 -- OdishaVigilance on Tuesday carried out simultaneous raids at multiple properties linked to a Kalahandi Works Department assistant engineer in connection with a disproportionate assets case.

Assistant Engineer Bhubaneswar Sabar came under the Vigilance scanner over allegations of amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

According to sources, Vigilance officials conducted searches at several locations associated with Sabar.

The raids were carried out at his residence in Goshanimunda, ancestral house at Kusumkhunti, farmhouse located at Kitpadar, and offices situated at Dharamgarh and Bhawanipatna.
