Bhubaneswar, June 30 -- Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday unearthed a two-storey residential building, around 20 valuable plots on the outskirts of Sambalpur town, a Hyva truck, two tractors, gold ornaments and huge amount of net cash during simultaneous raids on the properties of VIMSAR Establishment Officer Dhanurdhar Biswal.

The searches, conducted over allegations of possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income, were also carried out against VIMSAR Steward Ashwini Meher at multiple locations in Sambalpur.

The searches were launched on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.
