Bhubaneswar, June 17 -- Odisha is poised for a major industrial and infrastructure push as President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are scheduled to unveil projects worth more than Rs 25,700 crore during a state-level programme at Rairangpur on June 20, marking two years of the BJP government in the state.

The projects span the energy, chemical and railway sectors and are expected to strengthen Odisha's position as a key industrial and logistics hub.

The highlight of the visit will be the foundation stone laying ceremony for a Rs 25,000-crore coal gasification project at Lakhanpur in Jharsuguda district.
