Bhubaneswar, Feb. 28 -- Temperature began rising across Odisha even before the onset of peak summer, with several areas already recording above-normal readings.
The Meteorological Department indicated that the prevailing dry conditions are likely to continue, potentially leading to a further increase in heat levels in the coming days.
According to the Regional Meteorological Department in Bhubaneswar, there is currently no active weather system over the state. As a result, dry weather is expected to prevail in the immediate future. In the absence of any significant atmospheric disturbance, the intensity of the heat may increase further.
