Bhubaneswar, Aug. 4 -- DGP Yogesh Bahadur Khurania felicitated 12 sportspersons from Odisha Police at a special ceremony held at the Commissionerate Police Headquarters in Bhubaneswar on Monday. The felicitated athletes won medals at the recent national-level athletic competitions.

As per reports, the Odisha Police athletes secured notable success across various events at two major All India competitions, bringing laurels to the state police force.

The sportspersons competed in two major national events that were held over the past month. They participated in the 11th All India Police Judo Cluster 2026-27. This sports event was organised from July 23 to 30 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.
