Bhubaneswar, Aug. 28 -- The Odisha Government has announced 20 Odisha Research Fellowships (ORF) in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) for 2026-27, offering financial support to eligible students pursuing full-time PhD programmes.

The Science & Technology Department has invited applications for the fellowships.

Each selected scholar will receive Rs 30,000 per month for three years and Rs 50,000 per year as contingency assistance for research-related expenses, including laboratory materials, stationery, travel and seminar/workshop registration.

The host institution will receive Rs 10,000 per student per year for infrastructure.
