Bhubaneswar, Aug. 9 -- The Odisha government has launched a statewide 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, with programmes being organised across the state from today till August 17 to encourage people to display the national flag at their homes and participate in celebrations centred on patriotism.

The campaign will be observed across all levels, from the state capital Bhubaneswar to blocks and gram panchayats, with a series of programmes planned as part of the initiative.

To facilitate the successful organisation of the campaign, the Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture has provided financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to each district.
