India, July 20 -- The Odisha government on Monday carried out a minor reshuffle in its senior IAS cadre, assigning new responsibilities to two officers in a move aimed at strengthening administrative functioning.

The changes affect key departments, including the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department and the Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited (OSMCL), the state's primary public health procurement agency.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, Dr. Poma Tudu (IAS: PR-2012) has been appointed as Additional Secretary to the Government in the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department.
