Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- Odisha government handed over land documents covering more than 7,000 acres for the proposed Adani Group-International Resources Holding (IRH) joint venture's integrated greenfield aluminium complex. This development came after only 70 days after the memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed.

As reported by the Business Standard, the documents cover 4,000 acres in Sundargarh district and another 3,000 acres in Rayagada district. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi handed over the documents on Friday in the presence of India's Ambassador to the UAE Deepak Mittal.
